Hi. Installed MacOS to my old Laptop and it works great. Except for the touchpad. I used an old guide for this and took the DSDT file from there. Since it controls keyboard backlight and stuff. I tried to remove some parts like SKBL and GKBL. Then I lost keyboard backlight. I'm using Smarttouchpad kext for the trackpad but in the settings none of the settings changes anything. I need to remove touchpad related things from DSDT and have the control on the kext file entirely. I disable tap to click and it goes back on every time I restart the PC.
