USB not working well after 10.14.5 update?

I have a Z390 Aorus Master (published my guide before) and since upgrading to the latest Mojave, some USB ports don't work at all, or are kinda wonky.

Has anyone had this issue? What could it be? I have a custom USB Map which was working perfectly on 10.14.4.
