Constant panics when not using NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, but having it causes other issues that renders my hackintosh useless for its main purpose. Please help.

First off I have a Ryzen based hackintosh, which seems to need that kext to avoid a super unstable system. But when I have it I have other issues. Kernel_task is constantly using ~70% of my CPU which causes audio stuttering/cuts with my usb audio interface that renders it useless for producing/recording.

So can someone please help me find a way to stop getting constant reboots when I remove this kext? I really need to get this working.
