I followed the vanilla guide to try macOS on my ThinkPad.
I have nothing to say about the setup as I changed nothing except disabling DVMT-prealloc as my laptop seems to allocate more memory (though I tried with it enabled and nothing changes).

I tried plugging in an external display and setting it as the main one from the BIOS, but it's still glitchy.
I also tried with the stuff from [this repo](https://github.com/LukaJankovic/Thinkpad-X1-20FQ-Hackintosh.git) which should be a very similar model, with no results. I mean I don't know if anything changes because I can't read it lol
Any suggestions? I think I might have to inject the EDID, what do you think?
