Audio doesn't work after waking from sleep. Any ideas?

Built my Hackintosh a few months back and it's working perfectly except for this one issue. When it wakes from sleep the audio no longer works. I used some of the guides and tried adjusting darkwake to darkwake=8 but that made no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas or resources on how I can troubleshoot this? I turned off sleep and that works, but I'd still love to get this machine running perfectly. Thanks!
