Cannot create usb installer in mojave vmware machine

My mojave vmware machine has been working fine, but now, I am trying to create a hackintosh in a dell optiplex 3010. I am following the guide on the right, but I am erroring out when trying to create the usb installer. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have re-downloaded the Install macOS Mojave multiple times, but it stops here with the same error each time.
