Recommendations on wifi/bluetooth card and adapter?

Does it truly matter, or just look for the part number and go?

Should I be finding one with some actual antennas? The one from a guide I was looking at had some parts linked that worked for him, but the card doesnt have very good reviews.

Looking for recommendations on a card and adapter that will give me good wifi range and no bluetooth troubles.
