Spacebar Preview Doesn't Work?

I use the spacebar preview function in Mac regularly and doesn't seem that the finder preview works in my current vanilla build? Everything else is fine except USB's (I'm working on that)

Update: It's only JPEGs that it doesn't load. PNGs load fine for some reason?
