Beginner Question: planning to update from Mojave to Catalina - How do I update Clover?

I followed the vanilla guide, and have a very nicely running setup and now I would like to upgrade to Catalina. (https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/daexpw/my_first_hackintosh_asus_z390_i9700k_16gb_samsung/)

I have run the Kext updater and updated all. I also downloaded the latest Clover (Clover_v2.5k_r5096).

Question: So do I just run this installer, and install over my current Clover on the main EFI? Do I select the same Customised packages as I did originally during the first install, listed the vanilla guide? Or just let it run a standard install?

This is what I see in the new Clover, which is quite different from the Vanilla guide.

So should I override these and only install what was listed in the Vanilla guide? and what I used for my current setup.

Install Clover for UEFI booting only

Install Clover to the ESP

Under UEFI Drivers:

AptioMemoryFix (the new hotness that includes NVRAM fixes, as well as better memory management)

Note: You can use OsxAptioFix3Drv located in UEFI Drivers -> Memory fix drivers if using the official Clover installer from SourceForge. Optionally, you can download the final release of AptioMemoryFix from here

HFSPlus (or VBoxHfs) - one of these is required for Clover to see and boot HFS+ volumes. If you see the option to enable it in the installer, make sure it's selected - if you don't see it in the installer, verify that one of them exists in your Clover installs efi drivers folder

ApfsDriverLoader - (Available in Dids' Clover builds - or here) this allows Clover to see and boot from APFS volumes by loading apfs.efi from the ApfsContainer located on block device (if using AptioMemoryFix as well, ensure you have R21 or newer)
