How to enable 9900K iGPU as headless mode on Catalina 10.15?

I'm currently using RX 580 as my main GPU right now. However, I really want to enable iGPU on 9900K to get Intel QuickSync. If you happened to get iGPU worked as headless please help share your knowledge, thank you. :D
