Help disabling dGPU while in macOS but not windows

CPU: i7 7700k

MOBO: Gigabyte Z270X ultra gaming

dGPU: GTX 1660ti

Last night, after much trial and error, I managed to install macOS Mojave on my system. During this process I had my dGPU unplugged.

Now I want to finish by making sure I can boot both OS's without issue, with the dGPU dissabled in macOS, but enabled in Windows. Currently the only setting I have through clover with my gpu is the boot flag -nowegegpu

I'm not sure if that is the reason, but when I start my system with my dGPU installed, I don't get a display driven from either my dGPU or iGPU for the clover GUI. I have both plugged into one monitor that scans inputs upon boot and neither are driving a signal. I've done some googling around and even followed the sidebar's "How to disable your unsupported GPU" guide
