High Sierra Install Success, but GTX 1060 Not Registering

My Setup:

Motherboard: MSI B150M Pro-VDH Intel B150 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR mATX

CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 4x 3.20GHz

RAM: 8GB G.Skill Value DDR4-213

Graphics: 3GB KFA2 GeForce GTX 1060

Guide I followed:

This Youtube Tutorial to the Tee. Except I installed High Sierra not Mojave as in the video.

Question:

After following this Youtube guide to install High Sierra, I can boot it up fine, but no Graphic Card has registered.

After switching to integrated graphics it works fine, but of course I want to use my graphics card as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
