I need some ideas - installation of Mojave always stops here!

I spent a lot of time last weekend to install my machine

• Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Designare (BIOS F8)
• CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
• CPU Cooler: Corsair H100
• GPU: Radeon RX 580 8 GB
• RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz 16 GB X 4
• Storage: XPG SX8200 Pro M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 1 TB Gen3x4 (macOS 10.14.6)

I followed a couple of guides with similar hardware

I'm able to boot from the USB drive and install it on the SSD.

Next time I boot from the SSD to install macOS and that's were I get stuck.

I ran a bit out of steam trying so many different things (it's not my first hackintosh), but nothing worked so far.

Does anybody have an idea what happens?
