Is it possible to run a external Mac hard drive on a Intel NUC?

So I used Dosdude1's patcher (basically a Hackinntosh) to install Mojave on a external hard drive, but I want to run it on an Intel NUC, the problem is that the NUC uses a UEFI boot, how can I modify it in order to run with UEFI?
