Easy way to use AMD on Catalina and Nvidia on Windows?

I have completed a Catalina vanilla install with this hardware:

- i7-8086K
- Aorus pro Z390
- AMD Vega 64

This build used to have a 1080 Ti and High Sierra, now I have the Nvidia gpu laying around and I would like to put it on the same mobo and simply be able to ignore it while running on the mac side and take full advantage of it while running Windows.

Is this something easy to achieve? Have you guys have any suggestion on what to do?
