First time build

Hey peeps, thanks for reading.

I'm about to attempt the build of my first Hackintosh and wouldn't mind picking your brains for a sec.
I've been doing some research on the usual websites but I thought I'd check with someone in the know before I gut my only working PC.
Can I do a build with this hardware?

Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3 Intel LGA1150 ATX

CPU Intel Core i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz, 3501 Mhz, 4 Core

RAM: 2400MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3 2 x 8GB

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

WiFi: TP-Link Wireless N PCI Express Adapter

I'm building a machine for Audio production (running Logic, etc). Is Mojave a good OS choice?
