HP Elitebook 2760p Touchscreen

Hey everyone, I have a HP Elitebook 2760p laying around the house and was thinking about installing a Mac OS on it.

The specs are: CPU: Intel i5-2540M 2.6Ghz Dual core GPU: Intel HD 3000 RAM: 2x4GB DDR3 @ 665Mhz (9-9-9-24) Will upgrade to 2x8GB later) HDD: Hitachi 320Gb SATA II 7200RPM *Have a 120GB SSD I'll swap in

Wifi: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 Will change to Broadcom at later date

It's currently running Win10 Pro, but I'd like to try a Mac OS. The one thing is I don't have access to a Mac to download the OS image, is there a way to get one safely without a Mac? Also can I still use the touchscreen feature on this laptop in a Mac OS? Which OS is the best OS I could use this this laptop?

I have noticed this thing currently seems to be spec's close to a early 2011 MacPro, but with the hardware changes I'll be doing I figured it would be better than even a later 2011.
