Clover boot drive not showing up in BIOS after install

Just had a really successful install of Mac OS Catalina - everything working from what I can tell.

Only one issue - I have two SSD's in my machine, one which has Windows pre-installed a second which I'd installed Clover/OSX on (both where visible in the BIOS before the install).

Now i've installed the hackintosh system that drive has disappeared from the the boot options in the BIOS.

I can get to the system if I boot into my install USB and use clover to boot OSX from there but not on it's own.

Weirdly in Hasleo EasyUEFI it looks like its looking at the two drives as one partitioned drive now.

Any thoughts appreciated :)
