Hackintosh for 4k editing

Hi Hackintosh subreddit,

I was a pc guy until recently, when I found a super cheap macbook air. After a few months of using it I got convinced to move fully to macOS. However my current laptop is not powerful enough and I find apple macs expensive. For the last couple of weeks I've read quite a lot here and out of the forum, so I am convinced to make a Hackintosh. I currently have a pc that I built 4 years ago, what I need help with is suggestions on what parts to upgrade/replace so I can do smooth 4k editing, without breaking the bank.

What I currenly have:

CPU - Intel I5 6500

MB - Gigabayte h110m ds2 - of what I understood is unusable (it was cheap pak then either)

GPU - Gtx 1060 6g - I will try to sell it to get amd card as It won't be usuable after High Sierra

SSD - Samsung 750 EVO 250gb usable I hope

RAM - 2133mhz ddr4 HyperX 8Gb - I think to replace it

Case - Nzxt S340 elite

HDD - 1tb WD

PSU - XFX Ts gold 550w - usable I hope

I was considering getting Designare and I9 9900k, and rx 580/vega 64. However I am thinking it is a bit too expensive. So I may get I7 8700k. What are your suggestions ? I am hoping to fit in $1000.
