Mouse cursor freezing every few seconds

Going to lose my mind.

I have a 9700k, ASUS Maximus Hero XI, Radeon VII, TPlink T9E build running Mojave 10.14.6.

Ever since the beginning of the build I've randomly had an issue where my mouse cursor freezes every few seconds. It seems to have gotten worse in the last few days and I'm not sure what caused it. Looked everywhere and tried many solutions only to receive the same issue.

Anyone know of something that might help?
