No USB 2.0 ports. Please help me.

* Hardware:

CPU: Intel i3 8100

GPU: UHD Graphics 630

RAM: 2x8 2666 MHz OEM RAM

Motherboard: Asrock B360m-ITX a/c

Screen Resolution: 16:9 1440p

Audio Codec: Realtek ALC887

Ethernet Card: Intel Gigabit LAN

Wifi/BT Card: dw1560

* What guide/tool I followed: vanilla desktop install guide

* What part I got an issue with:

I boot up with my USB installer inserted. I get to the clover menu and select the USB installer. At first, It hung on "hid: legacy shim 2". Then, I disabled USB 3.0 in the BIOS. In the next attempt, it stopped at "Waiting on <dict ID = '0'>". There are no USB 2.0 ports on my motherboard or case. All of them are USB 3.0. The ones on my monitor are also USB 3.0. The thumb-drive I'm using is also USB 3.0.

Googling my issue leads me to believe that I need an actual USB 2.0 port. Is this the actual issue? If so, will a dock with USB 2.0 work? What would be the cheapest way to solve this problem?
