Questions about OpenCore and DualBoot in my Desktop

Hello,

Some time ago I achieved to install a DualBoot system (Windows 10 & Mojave) in the same SSD and leaving an additional HHD for the files and documents. I am not an expert and I needed to use unibeast tools and follow several guides to make it work, but I made it. This is my system:

• Motherboard: MSI B250I GAMING PRO AC
• CPU: Intel i7 6700K
• GPU: Sapphire R7 370 Nitro Dual-X OC 2GB GDDR5

Now I am thinking about getting another SSD and put it instead of the HHD. Once I have done that, install from scratch the Operating Systems but I believe that it is a better approach to install each OS in a different Drive. Also, I have read about the new OpenCore system and I wonder if I could use it with my specs.

I remember my motherboard needed some specific configuration file like OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi. Also, I know how to configure Clover to use my GPU but I think OpenCore doesn't use OpenCore? I am not sure about that.

I would appreciate someone with more knowledge to point me in the right direction and let me know if it is doable what I have in mind and where to go in order to read and prepare what I need to make it work.
