Somebody help pls

I have tried several guides already but with no luck. I successfully booted Niresh High Sierra but in the end I am getting could not be installed problem. I really tried to fix it but i guess it’s time to post now and seek for help.

My system is: i7-7700k GTX 1060 6GB 64 GB ram 6TB Ssd+hdd Asus Maximus Hero IX

I know this is kinda overkill but i used this as my gaming pc but i wanted to try something new and productive. Someone help me.

I have existing macbook 2012 catalina to work on everything.

My question is what OS should I install. Tried High Sierra, no luck.

Now trying Sierra.

Should I go directly to Catalina?

I am planning to go down to Sierra then slowly update the OS if it is successful.

Any help will be appreciated.
