Volume Slider Lag on Catalina and RX590

Hi everyone! I've got a strange problem with Catalina mounted on a Gigabyte z390m gaming with i5 9600k and a Sapphire RX590. As soon as I change Resolution (like using sidecar) the volume slider begins to lag sensibly, making every animation on the screen stutter. When the slider animation is over, all goes back to normal. The same thing happens when I open the system preferences menu. The funny thing is that I'm using this configuration since Mojave and a problem like this never happened. I tried all the version on Catalina available, even the beta ones. To avoid the problem with the volume slider I used VodooHDA, but the system preferences behaviour still persists, so I think that is something related to how the GPU renders the system. Does anybody experienced that?

My Specs: Z390M Gaming, i5 9600k, Sapphire Nitro+ RX590, ALC892 internal audio card,

Hackintosh Specs: Clover 5103, iMac19,1 SMBIOS, iGPU enabled and fully encoding, WEG 1.3.6, AppleALC 1.4.5, Lilu 1.4.1,
