Which SMBIOS should I use for my hackintosh?

I have a i5-8600k CPU + RX580 graphics card + 64gb ram. Which one is the best to use and produce the smoothest results? I thinking iMac 18,3, iMac 19,1, iMac 19,2 or IMacPro 1,1. Thanks! But not really sure which one
