OpenCore: Should I be able to see "Clean NVRAM" in boot picker?

This is my first post and it's probably a really dumb question but I'm trying to figure out whether I have actually correctly enabled NVRAM in OpenCore and if so, should I be able to see a "Clean NVRAM" option in the boot picker.

I have verified that I have working NVRAM using the test through terminal and have followed the steps to enable NVRAM in the OpenCore Vanilla Desktop guide. From what I've read though, there should be an option for "Clean NVRAM" on the boot picker which I don't see. I do have an option for NVRAM reset but I don't know if this is the same thing.

This is my first pc build and my first hackintosh so I'm sure it's just something stupid that I've done and hopefully it's an easy fix. Not sure if this question requires files or pics but happy to provide. Apologies if I've not followed the correct process for posting.

Also, just want to say that this community has been an incredible resource for learning about hackintoshes. Thanks!
