FCP X is not using all of my CPU (6700k) and GPU (r9 390)

I have quick sync enabled but both my cpu and gpu are not fully being utilized when exporting more than 1 minute long of BruceX benchmark. Please help :(

This is my setup:

i7 6700k + MSI r9 390

InjectATI + FakeID
