[help] Internal Sata drives show as external

Like the tittle says, I have a Gigabyte X570 UD with a 3900x. Sata Hot Plug is disabled in the bios as well. I upgraded from an MSI B350M gaming pro with a 2700X and didn't have this problem. Any help is appreciated
