Lenovo Thinkpad X230 Catalina 10.15.3 Thanks to write up by /u/xonikk (mighil) , only had to swap an intel wifi card for a whitelisted Atheros card. 98% Functional ,Only thing not working is DRM streaming video (Green screen) and VGA port.
