Carbon Copy Cloner erroring out while trying to backup.

I am trying to create a bootable back up for my Hackintosh because I want to finally update it from El Capitan to Catalina. I am attempting to use Carbon Copy Cloner but for some reason every time I try it, it keeps erroring out. Is there some SATA settings I need to change in the BIOS? Both drives are SSDs. If this makes any difference this is my setup:

Intel i5-6500, Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI Clover/Multibeast
