Gigabyte X79 / NVIDIA GTX 760 Catalina

I have had a Hackintosh since 2014 when I installed Mavericks on my machine with help from Rampagedev's site. I'm wondering if anyone can help me upgrade to Catalina?

I'm having trouble finding a good guide to make it happen, and I'd be grateful for any guidance.

I'm using a Gigabyte X79 motherboard with an NVIDIA GTX 760 graphics card. If you need any more info I'm happy to get it for you. With most EFI's I've used, I find that instead of booting into the installer , my machine restarts.
