Is Karabiner.VirtualHIDDevice a default kext?

Running Catalina 10.15.4 with opencore 0.5.7 (Dell Inspiron 3847: Intel i3-4160, RX 460). I ran kextstat | grep -v com.apple and noticed that I had a kext loaded that I hadn't noticed before. The output is:

Is this VirtualHIDDevice kext normal or should I try to remove it? Thanks in advance.
