iServices not working (Story and specs below)

So this is my second Ryzentosh, and this has so many more problems than that of my first one. Main issue is iMessage isn't working or FaceTime. But, yet it'll let me log into App Store, and in settings.

So far I tried a lot of new SMBIOSes ranging from iMacPro 1,1 to now iMacPro 7,1.

Im at an all time loss.
