Is anyone using WIFI-Dlink Catalina-Panel-V2 ?

Is anyone using this utility for wifi access on Catalina ?

Did you need to disable SIP/Gatekeeper or is it ok to just place the drivers in EFI and update config.plist ?

I'm trying to avoid disabling SIP/Gatekeeper
