Is not having a dGPU the reason why Xcode and Android Studio are too slow?

i7-6 core with 16 GB of ram. Everything is fast and smooth except for when I’m running development tasks. My dGPU is not supported so I’m left with the intel 630 iGPU. Is this why it’s such a torture to run IDEs or am I supposed to do something to improve performance? I’m on a HDD btw. Hackintosh made by OpenCore vanilla installation.
