Finding graphics card that sizes below 22cm (or single fan) and similar performances like rx580

I have found the sapphire RX570 itx is single fan and fit my 22cm only case but I couldn’t find anyplace offline and online to purchase a new one. Is there any way to get a new one and if not is there any alternatives?
