Is it possible to install kexts by terminal?

I'm trying to boot my hackintosh, it is stuck at Previous shutdown cause: 5/ SMC Light sensor. I think that must be something up with the virtual SMC kext. I didn't change any config and my hack was working pretty well yesterday. Any thoughts?
