PCIe sound card natively supported in MacOS?

I got MacOS running on KVM with graphic card and wifi/BT passthrough combo working.

I can't get the integrated sound card to work. Any suggestions for a PCIe card that's natively supported? USB3 works great but I would love to get the OC boot chime play!
