Should I use gibmacOS ?

Hi

I am Currently running Catalina on my Laptop using Clover. And I am really curious to try Big Sur. Now that Dortania's guide is also out, I thought I will combine my shift to OpenCore and the Big Sur upgrade. The guide mentions gibmacOS - no idea what it is.

Should I use gibmacOS to get Big Sur right away or wait for the public beta ? Is it safe to get macOS from gibmacOS ??
