Can you help make sense of this USB Map (OpenCore)

I'm trying to build a proper USB map for my OpenCore Catalina rig. I have a Gigabyte Z370 HD3, 10 USB ports (4x front, 6x rear). I mapped this using USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 drives. Orange denotes USB 2.0 drives/ports, blue = USB 3.0 drives/ports.

A few things I'm not clear on:

1. Why SS02 is showing connected to all USB ports?
2. Why a USB 3.0 drive in Front Port 1 only maps on SS02 unlike the rest?
3. Why the two Front USB 3.0 ports don't recognize USB 3.0 drives in the HS mappings?
4. Anything else that deviates from the rest?

Here are the screenshots from USBmap tool, "U3 Cruzer Micro = USB 2.0", "Portable SSD T5" is USB 3.0, and the "BCM..." card is the bluetooth adapter in my wifi card connected to an internal header (I don't use this device).

Thanks for the help, I'm thoroughly confused even after plotting this visually.
