Need Advice for my new build

I am thinking to build a Gaming/Video editing Hackintosh pc. I will be gaming in windows and video editing in macOS. I am thinking to buy Gigabyte z370m, i3 9100f, 16gb ddr4 ram, and an amd rx 580 8gb. So is it a good build and will this GPU have any problem with premiere pro and fcpx hardware acceleration? In the GitHub guide the z370 does not have NVRAM so is it important to emulate NVRAM?
