Gigabyte Bios Updates F8 or F11?

MB: Aorus Master Z390
SSD: Samsung 970 Pro Plus 500GB 2X
PSU: EVGA 750 G3
RAM: G-Skill 32GB 3200Mhz RGB
GPU: Strix RX 580 8GB || Strix RX 5700 XT for Catalina
WiFi: BCM942602CS (No kexts require and works flawless with Bluetooth 4.2)
Boot: OpenCore 0.6.2

I'm currently using Gigabyte Aorus Master Z390 with Bios F8, should I update it to F11C or just ignore it?. Again, my system works flawlessly except in Catalina there are many issues then I prefer to stay with Mojave. However, if any of you have updated the Aorus Master Z390 with F11C without any issue with Catalina or Big Sur please share some. thanks.

#Note Issues in Catalina

1. Screen saver is lagging in the login screen
2. Volume adjustment is lagging when adjusts swiftly
3. HDR issues with RX 580 DP port, no issue with RX 5700 XT
4. WiFi responsiveness in Catalina is worst which means disconnect and connect are not responsive like in Mojave
5. Overall usages of interaction are not as smooth as Mojave
