Is it possible to have dual version of macOS on the same hackintosh with OpenCore?

I want to have two separate macOS images on two different hard drives. One for personal and one for work. I tired it but looks like both macOS will boot under the same config.plist. Is there any way to separate the SMBIos between them with diff serials#?
