hey everyone I'm having some problems using the Elgato Camlink on my Hackintosh, anyone finds a fix?

Basically not recognizing the Camlink. I've tried a number of USB ports with no success on recognition. I do have the light on the camlink lighting up and generating heat but nothing can be found as a connected video source.
