Can I dual boot Windows 10 and macOS High Sierra?

I am using an Amd Ryzen 7 1700 Build with a GTX 970

Can I dual boot the 2 operating systems? I have a spare hard drive on my computer with no files in it and I'd like to put mac OS on that drive. If you have a guide that you can share in the comments will be much appreciated thanks.
