hey :) i recently somehow got a noob Catalina 15.7 Hackintosh to boot and be stable but the resolution (which i can't seem to be able to change without issues) is too high for my screen, and GUI elements become very small, at the point where it's not comfortable anymore. I have a 1920x1080 HDMI monitor that I use for windows 10 and I was looking for some sort of guide on how to enable the usage of a second monitor in OpenCore 0.6.9.
Right now if I go to display settings, it only shows my PC screen. I have to point out that my laptop has a mini DisplayPort only, but I have a miniDP-HDMI adapter which works with Windows. Is there a procedure, guide or method to enable this?
here's my hardware:
Surface Pro 4, intel i5-6300U CPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD (with Windows on it, partitioned to include a 100GB APFS partition where macOS is installed), intel HD 520 iGPU, a macOS-supported USB-Ethernet adapter. I installed macOS Catalina 15.7 by following Dortania's guide for OC 0.6.9.
and here's my EFI folder in case somebody wants to help :)
