How to read apple crash / panic reports? Trying to learn how to debug properly

Hi just wondering if anyone has any links that explain how to properly read panic reports. Im normally ok at reading log files but im kind of stumped as to what exactly the apple report is telling me that caused the panic / freeze / crash.

I cant tell if this is related to NVRAM ( first line) or my nVidia GTX 760 GPU ( com.apple.nvidia.driver.NVDAResman.) or both! 😣 in running BigSur on the latest OpenCore but i have been getting the same crash on and off for a while.
