No USB After Update

Just updated to macOS 11.4 beta (20F5065a) and OC 0.6.9 to get my 6900 XT working on my system....

But now USB doesn't work at all.

I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to work. I've removed all USB mapping, and gone back to using USBInjectAll.kext. I'm able to boot off of USB, and the ports show up in IOReg and Hackintool, but the USB ports have no power at all....

One thing to note: I can't get past the BIOS splash screen when I have CSM Disabled. To be able to boot, I have to reset CMOS and re-enable CSM. could that have something to do with USB?

Current system:

- MoBo: Designare EX X299 (BIOS F6)

- GPU: 6900 XT

- macOS: 11.4 (beta)
