Opecore not booting to the MacOS Big Sur installer

Hello, i am trying to install macOS Big Sur on my Dell optiplex 3020. But it gets stuck here when booting: rooting via boot-uu

My specs are:

Intel Core i5-4590 (Haswell)

6 GB 1333 MHZ Ram

dedicated dell optiplex 3020 motherboard

Gigabyte GT 710 2GB
