Wanna Install MacOS on Dell for IOS Developement

Hi mates, I have started learning IOS app development and for initial phase I wanna install Big Sur or catalina on my pc.

I have Dell Vostro 3468 i7 7th Gen, 16 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD.

Can i install Hackintosh Mac OS on this setup and Which distro should i go for?
